What kind of warranty or guarantee covers my frame?

All SwiftCarbon frames and forks on SwiftCarbon models Attack, SCULP, Ultravox, Detritovore, Neurogen, Drone and Evil Twin are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for 5 years for the original owner and 2 years on paintwork. The warranty coverage on all name brand bicycle components (excluding tyres, tubes and cables) will be covered by the warranty stated by their original manufacturers. The Warranty applies only to the original owner and does not transfer to subsequent owners.

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue. It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his or her bicycle before each and every ride.

Any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, failure to follow instructions or warnings in owners manual, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, including but not limited to, stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which the bicycle was not intended.

The original owner shall pay all labour charges connected to the repair or the replacement of the frame. Cost of shipment to and from the authorized SwiftCarbon dealer are specifically excluded and are not covered by this Warranty.

Assembly and adjustment of the frameset and components must be conducted by an authorized SwiftCarbon dealer or SwiftCarbon or other outlets specifically authorized by SwiftCarbon to distribute SwiftCarbon bicycles. Framesets and/or bicycles not assembled or adjusted by an authorized dealer or distributor are not covered and excluded from this Warranty.

The warranty is invalidated by any paintwork respraying, as we are unable to influence the respraying or the preliminary preparation work.

How secure are your payment methods?

We use the highest security protocol payment gateway system available. The same system is used by top online retailers. Still, we urge you never to share your account information with anyone, even if someone asks for it. We will never ask for your personal PIN code.

What payment methods may I use?

We accept most major credit and cheque cards, allowing our customers the chance to pay simply and securely. Just enter your credit card details during the order process. Your account will not be debited until the ordered articles have been sent. PayPal payments are also accepted.
